Briefly describe your show: Brainchild is dance double bill created by Samanatha Crameri-Miller and Cameron Lansdown-Goodman. It contains the works Low Expectations and the Principle Of Causation.

What was the inspiration behind your show? The inspiration behind the show derives from our experiences in our lives up until the current day. How our choices and our stories have changed us and contribute to who we are today.

What will make you stand out from the Fringe crowd? Standing out in the Fringe crowd is all about the quality of the work and the creative team. We have assembled one of the best creative teams of young people in Australia for dance performance.

Briefly describe the development process of your show? Coming from performing in Perth Fringe festival earlier this year and winning the Dance & Physical Theatre Award (WA category), the show has continued to develop. It boasts a creative team straight from MoveMe festival in WA as well as musical works from Shai Martin and Dane Yates.

What was the biggest challenge you encountered in this show? Our set is definitely the biggest issue we have had with bringing the show to Sydney Fringe and then onto Melbourne Fringe

Why did you decide to do Fringe this year? We thought it would be a great experience to perform in a different city and see how the audience receives work from Western Australia.

What makes a good Fringe show? What do you personally look for from the perspective of an audience member? Entertainment and quality is important for a show to be enjoyable in any form.

What do you love about Fringe Festival besides all the shows? This is our first time doing Sydney Fringe festival. We will enjoy soaking up the local bars and festival experience.
