What's the song about? Gotta Get is about a passionate, illicit and requited desire between me and a woman who was in a relationship.
How long did it take to write/record? Gotta Get was written over the course of a month, though each distinct section was written almost instantaneously. The song was recorded over three days and mixed over a week.
Is this track from a forthcoming release/existing release? The track is a stand-alone single. We currently have no plans to release an EP but we have a number of songs in the pipeline that will come out as singles.
What was inspiring you during the song's writing and recording? We were inspired by artists doing dope shit. From Amy Shark, Duran Duran, Muse, The 1975 and The Wombats to the work of Jackson Pollock and Marina Abramovic.

Do you play it differently live? No. We always try to keep our live set as constant as possible with the recordings.
