How did you first discover shoegaze and what drew you in enough to actually perform it? Ground-Zero moment: My Bloody Valentine's Isn't Anything. Chanced upon at Rocking Horse Records, Briz-Vegas many moons ago. 

What seminal album would you offer someone who knew nothing about shoegaze as an introduction and why? Ride's Nowhere...just cuz'.

How's the camaraderie and size of the shoegaze scene in Melbourne? Unknown.

The tagline for Roogaze is "The scene that celebrates itself" — what will be the biggest cause for celebration on the night? "Without music, life would be a mistake." Any time or place on this biosphere where music is being played or experienced is a cause for celebration.
