On the back of his critically-acclaimed third studio album released this past May, Aussie heavyweight Paul Dempsey is today dropping the live music video for crowd-favourite track Strange Loop which we are stoked to be premiering right here today on theMusic.com.au.
Directed by Alex Badham (who also filmed Dempey's Morningless and Idiot Oracle videos) at Melbourne's famous Sing Sing studio, the new video gives fans a raw and intimate viewing of Dempsey's live performance.
"[Strange Loop] is intended as a bit of a wry smile and an extended middle finger to the ‘self-help’ gurus," Dempsey says.
"It's a raucous celebration of being flawed and fallible and not really giving a shit about the so-called ‘true self’ or ‘the real you’… and it turns into a '70s cop show at the end."

The film clip release comes after this morning's announcement that the Something For Kate frontman will take part in next year's Melbourne Zoo series, but not before he heads to India and England for some live shows to wrap up 2016.
