What will be special about spending NYE at your venue? The Noble Experiment welcomes you to luxuriate into the new year with five shared courses curated by the seasons. Toby Henderson's menu of fresh, seasonal dishes will be accompanied by three cocktails concocted to provoke curiosity and delight the senses.

What is your fondest NYE memory? Working at Heat Discotheque & Cocktail Bar many moons ago and seeing the fireworks go off right outside the venue while I was working — doesn't get any better than that!

What is your NY resolution? To spend more time with family

What should I be drinking to ring in the new year? The Noble Experiment's barrel-aged Manhattan is delicious and the perfect drink to see in the new year.

What is your hangover cure? Fried eggs on toast!
