"Would love to see if they had any tips on keeping a beards clean while eating ribs... the struggle is real."

How did you get into the barbecue business? My brother and I spent years living in North America. We have always loved music festivals and sports bars, which go hand in hand with American BBQ! We've progressed from Webers, Kamados and homemade BBQs to a fully equipped trailer built for my brother's new business by a childhood mate.
What's your signature dish? Smoked parmesan buffalo hot wings.
Can you let us in on what you're bringing to the BBQ Wars? It's our first comp so we're bringing lots of enthusiasm, a unique custom BBQ, a love of BBQ, music and craft beer. Very cool custom BBQ, hopefully our passion for making our own rubs and sauces gives us an edge.

Which bands/artists are you keen to catch at Meatstock? The Beards should be lots of fun! Keen to see as much music as possible! Love hearing new artists! In particular Sahara Beck and Roy Rose, both sound quality!
If you could feed any band/artist playing at Meatstock who would it be and what would you serve them? The Beards. We would serve them ribs. Would love to see if they had any tips on keeping a beards clean while eating ribs… the struggle is real.
What else are you looking forward to at Meatstock? Looking forward to learning as much as we can about the art of BBQ from some of the best in the business, meeting lots of people, catching lots of music and eating lots of BBQ of course!
