How did you get into the barbecue business? Visiting the inaugural BBQ Wars in Port Macquarie in 2014.

What's your signature dish? Beer can chicken.

Can you let us in on what you're bringing to the BBQ Wars? We will be smoking some home-cured bacon in our mini offsets. We have done Asian-style, maple, bourbon, treacle and are keen for some new crowdsourced flavours to try!
