How did you get into the barbecue business? We formed our team in Jan 2016 over a couple of beers at my daughter's first birthday the day the first ABA comp was announced for WA. We were all into BBQ at the time, I asked if the guys were keen, they said "yep" and we haven't stopped since.
What's your signature dish? Would have to be brisket, we've placed 1st twice, 2nd and 3rd. We have put a bit of work towards that cut in particular and it has been quite successful.
Can you let us in on what you're bringing to the BBQ Wars? My own brisket rub that I have been developing over the past year. My teammate Rick Watt makes a mean burger and Michael is our go-to sauce guy. We make a pretty good team to be honest.

Which bands/artists are you keen to catch at Meatstock? The Delta Riggs for sure. Supersonic Casualties and Never Seen This Before are great tracks. Davidson Brothers because who doesn't like a banjo.
If you could feed any band/artist playing at Meatstock who would it be and what would you serve them? The Delta Riggs. Probably our brisket....if there is any left.
What else are you looking forward to at Meatstock? Just the overall experience for us coming over from WA, it's a long way to come. Hanging out cooking BBQ, talking BBQ, eating BBQ and having a beer while listening to good music. It doesn't get much better than that.
