When did you start making music and why? Dogsday formed in 1995, from the ashes of several other bands. With similar influences, from Johnny Cash to The Beasts Of Bourbon, The Hoodoo Gurus to Hank Williams III, Dogsday sculptured its own unique sound.
Sum up your musical sound in four words? Rockin'-country-surfabilly.
If you could only listen to one album forevermore, what would it be and why? Stoneage Romeos by The Hoodoo Gurus. It's got everything you could ever want from a rock'n'roll record. Great songs, great imagination and just well, great really.

Greatest rock'n'roll moment of your career to date? They keep happening, can't really pick one. There's been some standout gigs at The Retreat, The Brunny and The LuWow over the years and an Australian tour or two, but I reckon the best is still to come.
Why should people come and see your band? We always put on a good show. We don't take ourselves too seriously, but we know the importance of being entertaining.
When and where for your next gig? 17 Sep, The Brunswick Hotel, 5pm - 8pm.
