Why do you think Australians are starting to favour boutique and craft breweries over mainstream beers? The variety and outstanding quality of craft beer. Locals have such a great palate with the incredible selection of Melbourne hospitality venues.

What exactly do you think makes a good beer? A distinct taste, a lot of hard work, a great backstory and a big-hearted brewer.
