Get stuck into a plate of delicious Melburnian fare, featuring locally sourced produce cooked to perfection by some of the city's finest chefs. The BBQ wizards at Limp Brisket are bringing the char-grilled goodness of Georgia, USA to the Feast, including their melt in the mouth 12-hour smoked brisket. St Kilda Burger Bar, voted Melbourne's best new burger by the Herald Sun last year, are cooking up 100% certified Angus beef, raised in the Victorian Gippsland. With three generations of experience behind it, Al Forno Pizza is serving authentic wood-fired slices topped with local produce, offering a pizza taste straight out of Italy. Voted the best food dish at GABS 2016, the southern fried chicken from The Local Taphouse is an absolute must-try. For the ultimate culinary and craft beer experience, Brewers Feast has partnered with Le Catering & Co to create a curated menu pairing rare craft brews with the ideal food option, matched by the Feast's team of beer experts.

Thirteen of Victoria's finest breweries will be offering a range of craft beers to suit every palate. Beer makers from Cavalier Brewing, Moon Dog, Two Birds Brewing, Mountain Goat, Prickly Moses, 7 Cent Brewery, Albatross Brewing Company, Stomping Ground, Hawthorn Brewing Co, Mornington Peninsula Brewery, Blackmans, Watts River Brewing and the Southern Bay Brewing Co will be pulling pints of speciality suds including rare and exclusive brews, but there's more than just beer on the menu. Cider lovers should head to the Flying Brick Cider Garden will be offering apple and pear ciders as well as a Brewers Feast exclusive small batch made from fresh, seasonal fruit. For those looking for an original tipple, Trumpeters Alcoholic Ice Tea is made by "cold extraction" over 24-hours using high grown organic BOP tea leaves, blended with traditionally distilled cane spirits. In addition to the grain, there will be plenty from the grape to try. Otway Estate Wines at the Prickly Moses tent features a range of Victorian-made vintages.
A range of top Melbourne music acts will be on hand to serenade punters as they knock back the best beers around. Ten bands will be playing at the Feast, including Kiwi trio Woodlock, guitar hero Harrison Storm, blues-folk fusionist Jed Rowe, triple j regular The Hunter Express, psychedelic pop-rock four-piece Lorikeet, veteran music-makers Michael Moss & Bec Hoadley, urban-acoustic songstress Tiana V, funk jazz quartet Cacartu, upbeat acoustic mash-up Missing Strings and six-piece folk-infused indie outfit Mango Retreat.
