"Adelaide is swarmed by the most talented artists in the world, leaving the city and the artists richer and more alive."

Describe your show in a tweet? Do you want to see #somethingbeautiful? A new show on the 'idea' and reality of beauty & how it affects us all. @Bakehousetheatre 7-12 March

What was the inspiration behind your show? People. Their stories. Other artists, like Bryony Kimmings. The world; its beauty and ugliness. Being slapped in the face by beauty standards. But 'beauty' is so ambiguous; it encapsulates the joyous and passionate whilst forcing binaries and carrying cultural baggage.

Tell us a bit about the creative team working on this project? Surrounded by the most beautiful, professional people is the ultimate foundation for a show about beauty. Our long friendship creates a canvas to cut straight to the heart of the matter, leaving the show honest and soaked in the personal.
