An unfortunate incident mars their LA show

It might be over 17 years since Blink-182 first graced Australian shores, but frontmen Tom DeLonge and Mark Hoppus are still one of the fiercest one-two combo’s in pop-punk-rock/whatever they are these days.

The band impressively affixed to their work from the early 2000s, even playing a very violent and heedless rendition of Carousel off their 1994 demo record, Buddha, which sent old-school fans into a frenzy.

Tom DeLonge says they weren’t really talking during the making of ‘Neighbourhoods’.

“My aim was specifically to write music together and not apart, because for Neighborhoods we weren’t together at all – we just weren’t even really talking."
