Courtney Barnett Performs On Ellen
The TV show host's love affair with Aussie talent continues.. Courtney Barnett is no stranger to American shores, in fact it's almost at the point where her profile is larger over there than it is here thanks to the amount of love (deservedly) showered upon her by the likes of Pitchfork. Still, when Ellen Degeneres gets you to play on her show it's a big deal, something Chet Faker experienced a few months back when he got the gig. With her debut album Sometimes I Sit And Think, Sometimes I Just Sit due this Friday, it's pretty great timing. You can watch the clip for lead single Pedestrian At Best HERE, otherwise the track she performs below - Depreston is another cut from the album, tackling the Melbourne suburb of Preseton. Pre-order the album HERE.
