National Indigenous Music Chart Reveals Biggest Songs Of The Year

The recently launched National Indigenous Music Chart has today revealed Jessica Mauboy as having the most played Indigenous track for 2018.

Mauboy's track We Got Love (which she performed at this year's Eurovision competition) has taken out the #1 spot, while her song Fallin' has come in at #2 and Then I Met You at #4.


Queensland duo Busby Marou have also picked up four of 20 spots with their tracks Sleep On It feat. Nat Dunn (#6), Got Your Back (#8), Best Part Of Me (#9) and Sound Of Summer (#15). 

Baker Boy, Thelma Plum, AB Original, Tia Gostelow, Xavier Rudd, Alice Skye, Yothu Yindi, Mojo Juju and Dan Sultan have all had tracks featured on the list.

The National Indigenous Music Chart launched in November this year and is compiled weekly with data supplied by Radio Monitor to track airplay on commercial, community, ABC, triple j and digital radio stations.
