EXCLUSIVE: Tones & I Joins Ed Sheeran, Coldplay & More On US Agency Roster

Byron Bay-based indie singer-songwriter Tones & I has signed a deal with Paradigm Talent Agency in the US.

It’s been a massive few months already for the Australian artist, who, after signing a management deal with Lemon Tree Music and Artists Only in March, will now be represented in North America by the same team who looks after the likes of Ed Sheeran, Coldplay, Janelle Monáe, Sigur Rós and more.

"We are thrilled to get to work for Tones and I. Her quick rise in Australia points to a bright future, and we’re proud to help her grow as an artist and reach the global audience her music deserves,” Paradigm’s Marty Diamond, Rob Zifarelli and Jamila Lyndon said.

Tones & I added: "About a year ago I used to shoot hoops to make decisions. If I got a goal the answer was ‘yes’. So I asked the basketball gods if I would one day work with Paradigm - one of the biggest booking agencies in the world - they said ‘yes’. Since then, it has been a huge goal of mine and now, one year later a reality."

Currently in the middle of her debut Australian headline tour, which sold out in a matter of days, Tones & I dropped her second track, Dance Monkey, earlier this month.

Her debut single, Johnny Run Away, has also proved to be a massive hit having just gone ARIA-certified Gold and was triple j's #1 most-played song for two weeks.
