All in all No Zu’s debut effort is a solid release that will no doubt have your hips shaking to the at times somewhat unconventional structure and instrumentation.

America is clearly the future, quite possibly the best Deacon album to date and definitely one of the year’s great pop releases so far.

Not without fault, Carried Away appears a tad too early on the album losing the vibe created earlier and sounding too clichéd ‘80’s

The whole set feels as if it is one big psychedelic freakout from the wrong decade, and it works so well it’s clear that the hype behind the band is warranted.
