SINGLE PREMIERE: Majak Door - 'Smoke In The Air'

Melbourne-based surf-rock outfit Majak Door tease their forthcoming new album via fresh track Smoke In The Air.

The mesmerising new cut was produced alongside Daniel Caswell (Dune Rats, Bad//Dreems, The Living End) and follows on from previous album singles Will She Leave You and L’acqua Salata (Ain’t So Sweet).

“The single Smoke in the Air was written during January of 2020, when Melbourne had been engulfed in smoke from the near bushfires,” Majak Door told The Music.

“The upcoming album touches on many different areas; nostalgia, friendship, politics, and anything else that crosses the mind of a 20-something-year-old."

Majak Door’s self-titled debut album will drop on September 17, with Smoke In The Air officially out tomorrow.
