"A good mixture of manufactured pop songs destined to become radio staples."
Does So Good, the second album from 19-year-old Swedish pop sensation Zara Larsson, live up to its name?
It's definitely a good mixture of manufactured pop songs destined to become radio staples, already boasting hits Lush Life, So Good, Never Forget You, Ain't My Fault and I Would Like. Most of the album consists of the same kind of catchy pure-pop that gets stuck in your head, but is musically predictable and lyrically pretty basic. It does occasionally divert from that formula with songs like Sundown, a mesh of dancehall and tropical house featuring afrobeat artist Wizkid, and female success-encouraging Make That Money Girl.
So Good is the solid pop album expected from the promising Zara Larsson.
