Now this UNKNOWN MORTAL ORCHESTRA song is really cool but also really odd. It wigged me out a little (nay, a lot) and all I’ve imbibed today is water. So you know, it’s a bit bizarre. I think the plot is thus- a man suffers nerve damage whilst running after the white light and collapses. Then goes driving at which point his eyes glow white and he starts to see some psychedelic shit. And guess what, audience? You do too.
‘Nerve Damage’ is a pretty cool track to listen to. It’s got a chill surf riff, plus some pretty grimy bass, a liberal dose of synth and some devilish vocals. Go on, have a dance.
