Live Review: WATCH: Mykki Blanco ‘Haze.Boogie.Life’

To be honest, I didn’t all too much about Mykki Blanco before I saw this video but now a couple of things are for sure…

To be honest, I didn’t all too much about Mykki Blanco before I saw this video but now a couple of things are for sure… Mykki Blanco can effortlessly pull off a purple spandex suit and is just generally one badass motherfucker! ‘Haze.Boogie.Life’ is an infectious, synth poppin’, super-mininal production brought to you with the help of SINDEN and MATRIXXMAN.

The video has the multi-gender extrovert experimenting with a vast range of get-ups, boasting, taunting, and stuttering throughout the track, and dropping audacious lines like “Some bitches came / some bitches conquer / some bitches got laid down in the slaughter.” Illuminati symbols, hoop earrings, and looking far too comfortable with a baseball bat in hand: Mykki Blanco, in a nutshell.

Working with a number of producers, the rapper is gearing up for the release of new mixtape 'Cosmic Angel: The Illuminati Prince/ss' due out around November 7th.
