Her love and influence drawn from neo-soul and jazz are clear. Yet, there's more too it then that. Kaiit holds her own with raw talent and aesthetic to match. It's not surprising the video has been blowing up on Facebook.

Born in New Guinea, KAIIT bounced back and forth between Australia and her homeland. Now, at home in Melbourne it's an exciting addition to the ever expanding talent bursting out of the city. To quote Nasty Mars, "The Melbourne music scene is slowly developing as this lovechild of jazz neo-soul hip hop and R&B". I couldn't agree more.
