Live Review: Vanessa Elisha 'Midnight Swim' EP

Vanessa Elisha has released her Midnight Swim EP and it transcends all expectations.

It's funny how quickly artists are emerging into our lives an making such an impact on the music we listen to. VANESSA ELISHA released her debut EP Don't Go in 2013 and received an enormous amount of praise for her sweet voice and unique melodies.

The online following grew, as they do in the internet age, and soon you were able to find her name scattered across an array of music blogs. ELISHA has the world at her fingertips and now she's releasing her long-awaited second EP Midnight Swim that features a series of tracks you'll instantly fall in love with.

Each track on the EP features her sultry vocals overlaying synths that melt around it creating an amazing mix. 'Midnight Swim' itself walks into your world with its head held high as the smooth melody circles around ELISHA's voice and with our friend FRAMES curating the first 'Midnight Swim' remix, we know there are gems on this EP before even pressing play.

The Midnight Swim EP is available now through iTunes here and if you really like VANESSA ELISHA's stuff, keep an eye out for her XXYYXX collaboration that is coming soon.
