To mark the one year anniversary of the SO SUS project, So Sus is back again with a celebratory track by the name of 'Betamax' and it's So Sus at his very best.

With the anniversary of the So Sus project in mind, 'Betamax' purposefully draws influence from the project's debut track 'VHS (A Very Hot Summer.)' Although the two tracks are very different in overall feel and 'Betamax' is completely without vocals whereas 'VHS' utilised vocals to add to the harmonies, 'Betamax' has pad sounds and synths reminiscent of 'VHS (A Very Hot Summer.)'

So Suss cites emotional connection as the most important factor in his music, no matter whether a song is made with darkened club dance floors or late night drives with good friends, he designs every song to have an emotional response in his audience. This intent is very clear in 'Betamax' with clear, resonant synth sounds and unusual rhythms.

'Betamax' is an exclusive release through Lush Selects and is available for free download.
