Live Review: LISTEN: Holy Ghost 'It Gets Dark'

The album isn't set for release until next year, but you can check out the newest Holy Ghost track 'It Gets Dark' here.

Put on your dancing shoes, because after a month of exquisite torture inspired by an fantastic teaser, Brooklyn based Nick Millhiser and Alex Frankel (a.k.a HOLY GHOST) are ready to stop teasing and return to pleasing fans of their neo-Eighties sounds, with the release of their new single, 'It Gets Dark'.

The single is available on iTunes and is the first taste of their upcoming 2013 album. Like previous releases, it's a jam sitting comfortably in the space between Chromeo and Yuksek with an eased mix of pop and electronic influences.

The single was also released as a limited edition 12" (signed by the synth pop duo) available from DFA Records store (all copies of which have sold out since the singles October 15th release) and speaks volumes of what fans both new and old can expect from next year's sophomore album release - preceded by their much-loved eponymous debut.
