Live Review: Have a fling with Grand Pavilion and their new track 'Anywhere'

When most Aussies embark on the, almost prerequisite, trip to Europe they come back with far less then they had before they left and a Contiki hoodie.  The boys from GRAND PAVILION are a little different however, and they came back with their newest single 'Anywhere.'

London based Aussies, Tom Hunt and Stuart McNair, the duo who make up Grand Pavilion, spent much of 2015 on a songwriting and sample-gathering trip across Europe. 'Anywhere' is the result of this epic road trip.

'Anywhere' a track made for nightclubs, it's fun, fast paced and energetic; Loretta Angus (who features on the track) and Tom Hunt's vocals melding together in perfect harmony. The beat alone is enough to get the heart rate climbing and that obnoxious friend who thinks they're far too cool for nightclubs up off their seat and dancing.

The inspiration of the excitement that is inherent in the track is, according to Grand Pavilion, "the excitement of a fresh, unexpected summer fling." The track almost a memory of "a most unforgettable summer."

With a promised B-side 'Roads Like Veins' coming in the next few weeks, it's no doubt that there is more to come from Grand Pavilion in 2016.
