Sex Idiotis a hilarious and touching one-woman show by British performance artist, Bryony Kimmings, which recounts her experiences following the diagnosis of an STI. These experiences are translated into bold, energetic performances including the highly physical vignette of a 'hedonistic meltdown' post-break-up and an interpretive dance of sex positions dedicated to her mother. Dotted with moving monologues and songs about vindictive fantasies, vaginas and heartbreak, all attest that Kimmings is a skilled performer, with a charm and brilliant sense of comic timing that make the show a delight to watch. However it is her honesty that is the real treasure of the show. Delicate moments of life and love shared with us in brutal honesty make Sex Idiot a memorable experience and a must see of the MICF.
