The drizzle, the footy, and the distractions of a festival Friday have perhaps combined to dwindle audience numbers for this late-night LOLfest to single figures, but the vibe is fun, the venue amazing, and MC Jason Chatfield keeps things rattling along apace. The line-up fuses a few game newbies with more seasoned talent - Victoria Healy impresses in a short set – before the inimitable Dave Callan shows up to cap off proceedings, pulls up a stool and conspiratorially shares some yarns. This year-round room is one of the city's best comedy venues and deserves to be filled to the gunwales.
