A now–defunct local act joked that metal is like a car – best without breakdowns. This Melbourne squad's inaugural full–length missed that memo; it's bristling with thunderous beatdowns ensuring nightly pit carnage.
Australia has spawned numerous technically proficient deathcore acts recently, and these lads are heavier than a sack of anvils. Songwriting–wise though, they're not as advanced as their many illustrious peers. Brutal blast–beats and bass–drops abound while vocalist Daniel Sharp (see what they did there?) gargles shards of glass, although he requires more subtle delivery variations. A visceral, but nondescript affair.
