We have great news for fans of Austin's Sam Beam and his brand of affecting indie-folk: IRON & WINE have announced the release of a 5th studio album in 2013.
He has had songs appear in Twilight films, beloved television series The OC and on that most wonderful of soundtracks, Garden State. Ghost On Ghost will showcase 12 new IRON & WINE songs, and is set to be released on Friday April 12th via 4AD and Remote Control.
'Lovers Reunion' is the first taste of what's to come, and it's a sultry jazz number with skulking sax and oozing sex. A change in direction for Mr Beam?
