The synth pop princess and Brisbane darling, Airling (Hannah Shepherd) has returned and she’s more soulful than ever with her new single, 'Move Me'.
She’s had a pretty big couple of years since first breaking onto the scene with her debut EP Love Gracefully, collaborating with likes of Japanese Wallpaper and supporting Vance Joy on his national tour. She’s not only recognised but also praised for her versatility and ability to grow her sound with familiarity, and 'Move Me' does just that.
There’s a little Solange Knowles sprinkled through the track, similar to 'Parking Lot' with its weaving samples and rolling percussion that elevates the song onto a whimsical level.

It starts off with a light repetitive beat that not only enhances but complements her soothing vocals, taking you to a place of pure serenity. Airling has created a really peaceful track, but one that will still keep your foot tapping with its synthesised beats and light voice samples that linger behind her vocals.
'Move Me' definitely delivers a taste of Airling’s personality as she showcases an interpretation of the indie pop genre like no other; one that will be sure to ‘move’ you…
In celebration of the kick ass new song she’ll be beginning her three show tour in Brisbane mid October, check out the dates below!
