Live Review: 2008, the second instalment of our Ten Years Of Taste Mix Series

In case you’ve missed the news, Purple Sneakers are about to celebrate their Tenth Birthday and have decided to count down that their favourite mixes from the past 10 years.

This series of instalments is mixed by the one and only, Purple Sneakers DJs, so you know that it’s of only the best taste.

Only a couple of days ago we released the first of our ‘Ten Years Of Taste’ mix series, starting with those from 2007. Today we’re ready to show you all what we considered the best of the best tracks as we leap into the year of 2008!

2008; the year Apple announced the arrival of the MacBook Air notebook; the year The Presets became household names with Apocalypso; the year the first of five of the Twilight films were released (and when Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart were plastered everywhere); AND the year of our very own Purple Sneakers NYE House Party had The Teenagers headlining!
