You Am I, Flying Lotus Join Golden Plains In Main Announcement

Neko Case, Cut/Copy, Fat Freddy's Drop and more added

The bulk of the 2014 Golden Plains festival line-up has been announced this morning, with rock legends You Am I joining the bill alongside Flying Lotus (with his 3D show for the first time in Aus) and American heart-melter Neko Case.

The much-loved boutique Victorian festival, held at the Meredith Supernatural Amphitheatre, has also added New Zealand dub stars Fat Freddy's Drop, indie electro leaders Cut/Copy, indie rock innovators Yo La Tengo, soul king Charles Bradley and some of Australia's favourite rock stars in Adalita, The Drones and Cosmic Psychos.

There's a umber of talented young acts as well, including Chet Faker, King Gizzard & The Lizard and Hiatus Kaiyote. Other notable names include Tornado Wallace, Andras Fox and Spacey Space.

Running from Saturday 8 – Monday10 March 2014, the ticket ballot is open until 10pm Monday 28 October from the festival's website. Tickets are $319 plus $10 booking fee and $7 postage.
