“It has been too long."
Brooklyn indie favourites Yeasayer have detailed their long-awaited return to Australia.
Last week, the trio announced via social media they would be returning Down Under for the first time in seven years, and they’ve now unveiled dates and venues for the 2020 run.
The tour will kick off in Brisbane in mid-February before taking on Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide and Perth.
“It has been too long not playing to our fans in Australia, and we’re really looking forward to sharing our new record live with yall come February!” Yeasayer said.
Forming in 2006, Yeasayer released their fifth LP, Erotic Reruns, in June this year. The Music gave the album four stars out of five, stating, "all we are asked to do is shake the blues and focus on feeling groovy".
