Yeasayer Announce First Australian Tour In Seven Years

Beloved Brooklyn indie band Yeasayer have announced they will return to Australia next February. 

The band was last in Australia in 2013 so this will be their first tour Down Under in seven years. 

The announcement comes via social media where a Facebook event has been created stating the full tour announcement with dates, venues and ticketing info will be on Tuesday 8 October. However, the New York outfit confirmed they will be playing shows in Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide and Perth. 

Forming in 2006, Yeasayer released their fifth LP, Erotic Reruns, in June this year. The Music gave the album four stars out of five stating, "all we are asked to do is shake the blues and focus on feeling groovy".
