The Yeah Yeah Yeah’s have just announced a couple of sideshows to their busy Australian festival schedule this summer. The band is set to headline the Falls Festival, Southbound, and Sunset Sounds Festival over the new years period and have managed to squeeze in a Melbourne and Sydney show into their schedule.
The sideshows will both be all ages events, the first being held on December 29 at Festival Hall in Melbourne followed by a Sydney show on January 8th at the Hordern Pavilion. Tickets go on sale Tuesday November 17th.
The Yeah Yeah Yeah’s released their third album “It’s Blitz” earlier this year. Frontwoman Karen-O has also been busy working on the soundtrack for the soon to be released film “Where The Wild Things Are”.
