Why We're Stoked About The Hemp Health & Innovation Expo And Symposium

Australia’s largest cannabis event comes to Rosehill Gardens in May

Last November saw the passing of Federal legislation to allow the legal human consumption and sale of hemp foods in Australia. So, while the nutritional and medicinal properties of hemp have been known for centuries, the benefits of this new superfood are now fully available to Australian consumers.

It’s a legal milestone that is being comprehensively celebrated at the Hemp Health & Innovation Expo, Australia’s largest cannabis event, coming to Rosehill Gardens in May.

Now in its third year, the HHI Expo and Symposium will see thousands of Sydneysiders discover the versatility of hemp as a food, as well as a medicinal product, textile fibre and beauty product. The event will also exhibit building materials, gardening and hydroponic equipment, a huge hemp crop, an international roster of hemp product vendors, and a program of lectures and Q&A sessions featuring doctors, pharmacists, academics, authors and entrepreneurs. Check out the full list of speakers at the HHI Expo website.

Expo-goers can enjoy free samples, gain valuable information and awareness at the symposiums, and learn how hobbyists can grow their own produce, even with limited space, organically without the need for chemicals.
