Melbourne Trio Wet Lips Announce Indefinite Hiatus

After a successful six-year run, Aussie outfit Wet Lips have announced they will be taking an indefinite hiatus. 

The Melbourne trio confirmed the news in a statement today following one last performance at their annual mini-festival, WETFEST 4: Wet Forever, at the Howler on 21 April.

"We're really committed to making sure this community continues to grow… In order to do that, it's important for people to take a break and not burn out," the band said in a statement.

"There are so many amazing bands now who can keep doing what we've been doing for the last six years and make bigger and better changes."
