With the Melbourne Face The Music currently taking place, theMusic.com.au and SAE have been filming key panels from the event.
The following panel “Call Your Agent” looked at both what a band should be looking for in and expect form a manager as well as strategies used by agents themselves, from booking high profile renowned acts to creating niche markets at regional venues.
Facilitated by Staple Group's Jaddan Comerford, the panel featured Edwin Tehrani (Agent, New World Artists), Indra Adams (Agent, Singhala Music), Rebecca Young (Agent, Artist Voice), Scotty McKenzie (Agent, Premier Artists), Stephen Wade (Agent, Select Music) and Tom Johannesen (Agent, Fetch Agency).
