One band "worth waiting on" to be confirmed.
What a week for AJ Maddah and his team. The Harvest festival has been cancelled, his involvement with the Big Day Out has been revealed, a mammoth Steel Panther tour has been announced, Limp Bizkit tickets have gone on sale… It's exhausting just thinking about it.
Alas, it seems the more you do, the more people want from you, and Maddah has been fielding questions about the status of the second announcements for the mammoth Soundwave festival and the returning Vans Warped Tour punk rock roadshow; we now know that the second announcement for the latter might not be too far away.
When asked when the second announcement will be on twitter last night, Maddah revealed that he is waiting on one band who currently have a European commitment at the same time, who he is hoping to snag. They must be good, Maddah says they're “worth waiting on”.
@xxLucyyJanexx tbh we're waiting on 1 band to try and get out of a Euro show they have in that timeframe. Worth waiting on!

Much as we love speculation, it seems more trouble than it's worth trying to predict who this act might be. But that doesn't mean you shouldn't try.
