On the back of the news that alternative country collective Wagons would be releasing a new album this May comes the announcement that the band will also head out on an extensive national tour.

The Henry Wagons led ensemble will perform in each of the states and territories this May and June, with twelve headline shows in total. Tickets for the tour are available as of next Thursday 27 March and you can find the details below.

The new Wagons record Acid Rain and Sugar Cane - which was first revealed by theMusic.com.au - has seen the band team up with renowned local muso Mick Harvey - he's both co-produced and played on the LP. It is the first album from the country fellas since 2011's Rumble, Shake and Tumble.
