WA Scores A New Comedy And Arts Festival

The brains behind some of WA’s best comedy events, Vulture Culture has unveiled new comedy and arts festival Side Splitter for this October.

The Cockburn event follows on from the acclaimed Rottofest and Freo Royal and will take over Memorial Hall in Hamilton Hill from Oct 20 – 23 with headlines Sammy J, Nick Cody and Greg Fleet locked down.

Billed as “pure, intimate, and uncensored comedy at its finest”, the Side Splitter will also feature a Gala Spectacular, Chris “The Bloke” Franklin, Janelle Koenig, Suns Of Fred, Rory Lowe, Comedians Vs Rappers, Brewed Laughter, Uncorked Comedy, Australia’s Funniest Shorts, Sugar Blue Burlesque and a free comedy workshop, all alongside art exhibitions, live painting and installations and more.
