US Icons Helmet To Play Seminal Album In Full On Aus Tour

US alt-metal pioneers Helmet have unveiled a run of 2017 Australian tour dates in which they’ll perform their seminal Betty LP from start to finish.

The 1994 release set a new high within the genre, with single Milquetoast rocketing Page Hamilton’s act to legendary status.

But of course, it’s not all they’re known for, still producing music today and unleashing their eighth studio album, Dead To The World, in October, which will also be on display – alongside other classics – during their Australian stay.

Their five-date headline run kicks off at Perth’s Rosemount Hotel on April 24 before heading east and wrapping in Brisbane a week later.
