Sludge/stoner metal outfit Torche have had to cancel the Perth leg of their upcoming Australian tour.

The Miami four-piece were scheduled to hit Rosemount Hotel on Friday 17 October but have had to cancel the date due to circumstances described as “unfortunate” by the promoter.

“Based on numerous factors, ranging from market competition and oversaturation, the parties do not feel confident in the overall success of the show and feel it’s in the best interest to cancel. To all of fans of Torche we apologise for any inconvenience,” promoter lifeisnoise said.

All other dates, which you can find in the Gig Guide or The Music App, will go ahead as scheduled, and refunds for Perth tickets can be obtained from place of purchase.
