Thy Art Is MurderAfter smashing into the top ten of the Aussie Albums Chart last week Sydney death-core outfit Thy Art Is Murder have continued their hot streak on the back of their latest album Holy War, with the announcement that the record has broken into the US Billboard Top 100 Chart.
In what is a first ever for the quintet, the boys' third studio album placed in at #82 on the charts and if that wasn't enough, it also came in at #43 on the Current Albums, #6 on the US Independent Albums and #3 on the US Top Hard Music Charts.
The news comes at the perfect time for the Blacktown-founded group who have just commenced a US tour that will take them through to August.
Meanwhile, Aussie singer Meg Mac has also found success in the US Charts, cracking the Adult Alternative Songs list.
The Melbourne indie-pop artist's track Roll Up Your Sleeves came in at #23 this week, just days after she announced her own national tour to coincide with her Splendour 2015 appearance.
