Catch up on the important things you missed and re-live the non-important things you didn't.

It's been a big week here at theMusic.com.au, so if you missed anything - we're here to help you catch up.

We had hoped that The Voice would come and go without much to do with us, but we couldn't help noticing when the management of contestant Darren Percival, aka Mr Percival, decided that some of his past work wasn't exactly family-man material.

There was the Fat As Butter announcement, which has 360, Good Charlotte, Wheatus and Eiffel 65. Yep.

We spoke to streaming service MOG, and they reckon that they have an advantage by not having too much to do with Facebook.

Everyone's happy that Hermitude have signed a global record deal, particularly with the historic label that snapped them up.

We (sort of) went on the road with Passenger.

Louis CK is probably the ticket companies' most hated man right now.

The Community Cup happened and ended in a draw. It ended in a broken arm for Money For Rope's Michael Cini, who was a star of the Sydney event.

Brisbane's Rave Magazine shut its doors in a sad day for street press. The follow doom and gloom talk was blasted out of the water by our own publisher, Street Press Australia, in this open letter.

The music industry came out (and at time of writing are still out) supporting children's charities for the Golden Stave event. A total of $340,000 was raised and one of the guys from Bluejuice scored a Michael Jordan-signed basketball.

Mumford & Sons are coming back to Australia, and might even throw one of their pop-up festivals while they're here.

And who could forget the AMID Power 50, which we're rolling out in the lead-up to Tuesday next week. The most recent list of names is available here.
