The Wombats Name Sydney Headline Show

Adding to their list of stages to kill while they're in town at the end of the year, Brit pop A-listers The Wombats have announced they'll be playing a Sydney headline show at Hordern Pavilion on Sunday, 3 January.

The trip will mark the band's third festival slot this year alone, having won over crowds at Splendour In The Grass. This headline show comes off the back of the trio's appearances at Falls Fest in Byron and Marion Bay and a slot at Southbound Festival, too.

The band will have their well-received third album, Glitterbug, on display, having debuted at #2 on the ARIA Charts earlier this year.

Presales are available from 10am Wednesday, 21 October from here, while general public tickets go on sale 10am Thursday, 22 October.
