The Wiggles have responded after Keli Holiday – real name Adam Hyde – shared a video with them while promoting his new single, Ecstasy.
News.com.au reports that Holiday posted a video on TikTok that’s since been deleted due to “complaints.” In the video, Blue Wiggle Anthony Field and nephew Dominic Field—best known as the Wiggles character The Tree of Wisdom—dance behind Holiday as he dances to the single.
In the chorus, Holiday sings: “Hey girl, come on, dance with me/ You and your pocket full of ecstasy.”
The video was posted after the pair of Wiggles joined Holiday on stage for a performance of his hit single, Dancing2, at the TikTok Awards on Wednesday (26 November). During the performance, Anthony played the bagpipes, and Dominic did his signature dance alongside Holiday’s partner and media personality, Abbie Chatfield.
After the video was pulled from social media, a spokesperson for The Wiggles shared a statement with The West Australian, where they commented that they do “not condone” the use of drugs “in any form.”
“We understand that a video circulating on social media has caused concern for many parents and professionals, and we want to address that directly,” the spokesperson said. “The Wiggles do not support or condone the use of drugs in any form. The content being shared was not created or approved by us, and we have asked for it to be removed.”

The spokesperson continued, “While Keli Holiday (Adam Hyde) is a friend of The Wiggles, the video and the music added to it were created independently and without our knowledge.
“Our performance at the TikTok Awards was family-friendly and fun, and this video was edited together separately and without our awareness.”
The statement concluded by adding that The Wiggles “deeply value the confidence families place in us and we remain committed to creating safe, positive, and educational experiences for children and families in Australia and around the world.”
Upon releasing Ecstasy earlier this month, Holiday said, “This song was an idea off the dome whilst recording a different song with Sydney’s son, Golden Features, and Belgium's belle, Romanie. I thought it could be fun to try that idea on a different beat I’d made. I brought it to Germany's good lookin’ Konstantin Kersting in Brizvegas, and it was indeed more than fun to create this ecstatic lil ditty.”
