Canadian rockers The Tea Party are heading to Australia in 2026, but they’re bringing something special to their Elements Tour.
Across five shows in Australia, The Tea Party will explore a “new live musical theme” around Elements. That means they’re playing Symphony shows in Melbourne and Sydney with a wind theme, and the rock shows will take place in Thirroul, Brisbane, and Adelaide, following the dynamic of fire.
In both formats, the band will be performing a set of their greatest hits. For the “fire” shows, fans will witness the three-piece in a setting they’re familiar with, while the “wind” performances will bring a new dynamic to the group’s live shows.
The “wind” concerts will see The Tea Party accompanied by 50-piece orchestras. Conducted by Sarah-Grace Williams, the band will be joined by Orchestra Victoria in Melbourne and The Metropolitan Orchestra in Sydney, which will also mark their Opera House debut.
The tour begins at Melbourne’s Hamer Hall on Friday, 6 February. It continues at the Sydney Opera House on Wednesday, 11 February, Thirroul’s Anita’s Theatre on Thursday, 12 February, Brisbane’s Fortitude Music Hall on Friday, 13 February, and concludes at Adelaide’s Hindley Street Music Hall on Sunday, 15 February.
