It's going to be close.
The Rolling Stones and Beyoncé are vying for the highest debut on this week’s ARIA Albums chart with their respective new releases.
Midweek figures predict The Rolling Stones’ new best of compilation, Honk, will make the top 10, while Beyoncé’s new live album, Homecoming, is expected to hit the top 20.
However, given the rising popularity of Homecoming on Netflix, there’s every chance Beyoncé will surpass The Rolling Stones before the week is over.
Meanwhile, Elton John’s Diamonds, P!nk’s Greatest Hits…So Far!!! and Tom Walker’s What A Time To Be Alive are all expected to make their way back into the top 30.
Over the Singles chart, you can expect to see movement from Amy Shark’s Mess Her Up, as Avicii’s posthumous single with Aloe Blacc, SOS, moves into the top 10 after debuting at #11 last week, and Hilltop Hoods’ Illy and Ecca Vandal collab, Exit Sign, enters the top 20.
